How can I make a reservation ?

Why do I need to give my credit card number ?

The credit card number is only used as a guarantee to confirm your online reservation. Easy Resort gives the hotel your credit card number which then guarantees your reservation as if you transmitted your information directly to the hotelier. Easy Resort does not charge your credit card.

Is my credit card number safe ?

Easy Resort pays big attention on banking data's security. SSL technology used on our portal encrypts your credit card number while traveling to our server. It is then stocked and encrypted on our servers. The hotelier has access to your credit card number and treats your reservation has he usually does for a phone reservation.

Who charges my credit card and when?

There may be a fee depending on the day you decided to cancel your trip. Each hotel has different terms, please check them in order to know the specific conditions of the hotel you have chosen.

I will arrive late at night, how can I make sure I will have access to my room ?

As you would do for a reservation made by phone, you should contact the hotel as soon as possible to indicate your changes.

How to use your origin code?

As you register on Easy Resort's booking website (heading "register"), fill in your email address, your password and origin code in order to get the discount voucher you deserve. Your discount voucher will be available one year beginning at your registration date.
