By bus from Barcelona. By car, take the motorway towards Manresa-Berga and Tunel Cadí. After the tunnel, follow signs to Andorra. Once you are in Andorra Sant Julià de Lorià, and then Andorra la Vella, Encamp, Canillo, Soldeu.
